With Tengyur Rinpoche

December 1, 2024

In-Person and Online Via Zoom

9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Join us for an inspiring one-day workshop with Tengyur Rinpoche as we explore practical ways to reduce suffering and transform our minds through the cultivation of wisdom and compassion. Rinpoche will guide us through the profound teachings of the famous Tibetan text, The Eight Verses of Mind Training by Geshe Langri Tangpa. This timeless text provides clear, actionable insights for working with our thoughts and emotions, offering a roadmap for transforming challenges into opportunities for personal growth and spiritual development.

Throughout the day, you will learn how to:

  • Cultivate compassion in your interactions with others.
  • Practice mindfulness to manage negative emotions like anger and fear.
  • Develop resilience by training your mind to view difficulties as opportunities.
  • Apply these ancient teachings to reduce stress, anxiety, and self-centered attitudes in daily life.

This workshop is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike and offers a practical, heart-centered approach to living with greater wisdom and ease. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from Tengyur Rinpoche and deepen your understanding of Tibetan mind-training techniques to transform your everyday experiences into sources of wisdom and joy.
