How to bring the teachings of the Buddha into our daily lives.
Every Other Saturday
9:00-10:00 am
In Person Only
In each moment, we have the chance to return home to ourselves. By resting with the breath, we touch the simple miracle of being alive. When we pause in stillness, the body and mind can soften, and the heart remembers its vast capacity for compassion.
These gatherings offer guided meditation and short Dharma talk to help us take tender care of suffering—our own and that of the world—while also watering the seeds of joy, peace, and understanding within us. Through mindful breathing and gentle awareness, we learn to embrace life just as it is, to transform pain into compassion, and to nourish the roots of well-being.
Together, we create a space of refuge where we can practice slowing down, smiling to the present moment, and walking the path of awakening in our daily lives.
Four Gateways into the Dharma:
- The Breath as Home
- The Interbeing of All Life
- Understanding and Transforming Suffering
- Walking the Path of Peace
All are welcome – beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
