Cultivating a good heart with meditation.

Three of our beloved teachers have prepared short meditations designed to help cultivate a good heart as we bring 2020 to a close, and embark on the year to come.

Venerable Tenzin

Venerable Tenzin Chogkyi shares a meditation on our common humanity drawn from Stanford’s Compassion Cultivation Training, which Ven Tenzin teaches every year at Land of Medicine Buddha! This powerful reflection helps us be of benefit in even highly-charged encounters with our fellow humans. Venerable Tenzin has a number of upcoming classes – check out the schedule.

A wonderful antidote to the hustle and bustle of this time of year! Venerable Yangchen leads Sunday morning meditations every week online. Check them out live on our Facebook Page every Sunday from 9:30 am to 10:30 am (Pacific time).
