Together, these three form the heart of the graduated path to enlightenment (Lamrim) and provide an essential foundation for Mahayana Buddhist practice. Through listening, contemplation, and meditation, these teachings offer practical guidance for transforming the mind, cultivating wisdom and compassion, and moving toward genuine freedom from suffering.
