Rare Teachings with Segyü Khen Rinpoche Lobsang Wangdu
With Segyü Khen Rinpoche Lobsang Wangdu
September 5 - 27, 2026
This September, Land of Medicine Buddha is deeply honored to welcome Khen Rinpoche back to the centre. During this extraordinary three-week teaching series, Rinpoche will offer an exceptional program of retreats and evening teachings spanning the complete Buddhist path—Lamrim, emptiness, bodhichitta, mind training, and culminating in a White Tara Long Life Empowerment and retreat, including the Bodhisattva Vows, for those who wish to take them for the first time or renew them. Opportunities to receive these precious transmissions while studying closely with one of FPMT’s most senior lineage teachers are increasingly uncommon, making this an exceptional opportunity for both new and longtime students.
Khen Rinpoche represents a generation of masters who received their education directly from some of the greatest Tibetan teachers of the last century. His lifetime of scholarship, meditation, and teaching offers students a rare opportunity to receive authentic Dharma instruction from someone who has devoted decades to studying, practicing, and preserving these teachings. Whether you attend a single class, one retreat, or the entire series, Geshe-la’s visit promises to be a meaningful and transformative experience.
