Anger is one of the greatest obstacles to a peaceful life. It damages our relationships, it disturbs our minds, and it prevents us from responding wisely to life’s challenges. Most important of all, for a person aspiring to the highest enlightenment, anger is a huge obstacle to developing the awakening mind of bodhicitta, the heartfelt wish to attain enlightenment for the benefit of all beings. In this evening class, Khen Rinpoche will talk about how to develop bodhicitta and about how to deal with anger. These timeless teachings offer practical tools for responding with greater awareness, kindness, and wisdom.
