Drawing on Lama Thubten Yeshe’s classic book, How to Be Your Own Therapist, this three-week course offers practical ways to cultivate emotional balance, self-awareness, and inner peace. Led by Karuna Cayton—a psychotherapist and longtime student of Lama Yeshe—participants will explore how Buddhist psychology can be applied to everyday challenges and patterns of mind.
This course is ideal for anyone seeking a deeper understanding of their mind and emotions, whether you’re new to Buddhism or a long-time practitioner. Karuna draws upon his years of therapeutic work and deep knowledge of Buddhist teachings to offer a unique and accessible approach to becoming your own wise and compassionate guide.
