About
Come to understand what we and everything else are “empty” of. Enhance the ability to bring about insight into emptiness, a crucial step for the attainment of both liberation and enlightenment. Learn how to develop calm abiding (shamatha) and different ways to meditate on emptiness. Engage in practices for the accumulation of merit and the purification of obstacles to set the ground for gaining the realization of emptiness.
