Ancient wisdom meets modern problem-solving! This innovative course bridges Buddhist wisdom with modern decision-making techniques, combining Edward de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats with the Five Buddha Wisdoms. It’s more than a thinking method—it’s a way to bring Buddha’s universal wisdom into your daily decisions. Discover a transformative approach to problem-solving that surpasses conventional methods and nurtures the innate qualities within us, leading to full enlightenment.

In this course, you’ll learn to approach problems with both analytical precision and spiritual depth. This framework encourages us to relish life’s challenges, supports a clear and relaxed mind, and prevents common pitfalls like group polarization or reactive decision-making.

Key benefits you will gain:
– Better decision-making with diverse viewpoints
– Avoid group polarisation and bias
– Apply Buddhist principles in daily life
– Develop flexible and adaptable thinking
– Guard against reactive decisions

The method naturally protects against common pitfalls – rushed decisions, group conflict, and rigid thinking. At the same time, it connects us with the universal enlightened traits that we can all develop towards full enlightenment or buddhahood. We don’t need to be pigeon-holed into a particular personality type or stuck in just one trait. Once we understand the hats and how to implement them, we can see how they correlate to the Five Buddha Families and bring these qualities into daily practice.

The Six Wisdom Hats guide you to:
– (White): Understand facts and data, recognize what is known and unknown.
– (Yellow): Focus on the benefits, positives, and enjoyment.
– (Green): Embrace creativity. Generate ideas, alternatives, and solutions.
– (Red): Acknowledge feelings and intuition, without needing justification.
– (Blue): Organize the process, plan, and structure thoughts and actions.
– (Black): Exercise caution, identify weaknesses, dangers, and drawbacks.

In Buddhist philosophy, there is no fixed self – we’re fluid, adaptable, and capable of meeting each moment with the wisdom it needs. This course brings that insight into practice. Every challenge becomes a chance to develop the different aspects of wisdom within yourself.

Perfect for anyone seeking deeper solutions to life’s challenges. No Buddhist background needed – just bring your curiosity and willingness to explore new ways of thinking. Whether you’re making personal decisions, working with others, or seeking growth, these tools will help transform problems into path.
