Nectar of Bodhicitta

With Venerable Steve Carlier

March 6 - April 17, 2025

Thursdays, March 6 – April 17

(No class on March 13)

8:00 am – 9:30 am

Online Only

Bodhicitta really is nectar. Nectar has a delicious taste and so does bodhicitta. Like nectar it makes you happy. Satisfied.

Nectar is healing, and bodhicitta heals your heart and mind. That makes you more relaxed, and that’s good for your health. His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama often says that, and I’m sure he’s right.

We’ll keep coming back to Bodhicitta. And we’ll carry on with Lama Tsong Khapa’s teachings on it, in the Middle Length Lamrim, where he talks about wishing and engaging bodhicitta and the six perfections that are the bodhisattva’s way of life.

During this, we’ll also spend time looking at how with bodhicitta you can begin to transform problems and obstacles so that they nourish your growth on the path to enlightenment.
