Join us for part three of this three-part series hosted by Dharma Voices for Animals, the only global Buddhist animal advocacy organization, exploring how to live and thrive compassionately and mindfully in today’s food systems. Join us to learn what kind of impact our everyday consumer choices are having on the planet, farmed animals, and your health, and become empowered to make a difference.

Alan Kornberg, MD, will give a  presentation on the health benefits of consuming a plant-based diet.  He will discuss the advantages of eating a plant-based diet, and what nutrients to pay particular attention to.  The talk will be followed by discussion on common FAQs about plant based lifestyles.
