About

Assemble the tools you need to develop a successful daily practice. Using Lama Zopa Rinpoche’s A Daily Meditation Practice as a guide, become familiar with the elements necessary to generate realizations in the mind, including the seven-limb practice, how to set up an altar with offerings and how to structure a meditation session. Techniques for practicing in daily life will also be covered. There is no prerequisite for this course. It is not necessary to have taken any prior Discovering Buddhism modules.

Class Recordings

All classes will be recorded and uploaded to Ocean of Compassion’s YouTube channel (use link below). Please allow 72 hours for the recordings to be uploaded. We will not be distributing links for the recordings.
