The upper level of the property. Go up the driveway through Tara School (or if you are on foot, you can walk up the road behind the swimming pool). For public events, the electric gate at the mid-level should be open. Continue on the paved road until you start to see an open area strung with prayer flags – to the right. Go up that way. Some events might be just there at the stupa site. Other events are further up on the deck in the meadow.
