Ven. Steve Carlier has kindly agreed to lead a Monday Evening Review Group on Zoom to benefit those students attending the Tathagata Essence online teachings Gyumed Khensur Rinpoche Lobsang Jampa will start teaching for our sister center, Tse Chen Ling, next month.
About Rinpoche’s Class:
Rinpoche’s new Tathagata Essence series begins Monday April 12, 2021. Classes will take place on Zoom from 6PM to 8PM PT. every second and fourth Monday of the month, through to the end of 2021. The classes will focus on Maitreya’s Sublime Continuum, a seminal Mahayana text which clarifies the meaning of our Buddha potential, in particular the emptiness of the mind that allows evolution to a state of complete enlightenment. Teaching will be on the first chapter of this work, the Tathagata Essence.

About Ven. Steve’s Review Class:
Since Ven. Steve is the English Language Interpreter for Rinpoche’s upcoming Tse Chen Ling Monday Night Tathagata Essence Teachings, he is ideally positioned to present a follow-up review class on Zoom. The aim is to help students of the Tathagata Essence class refresh their familiarity with the subject matter Rinpoche will have shared in the previous week’s class and to help clear up any points where students need clarification.
Ven. Steve’s Review Class on Zoom will always take place on the following Monday evening, one week after Rinpoche’s class, and these Review Classes will take place twice monthly. The plan is for the first four Review Classes with Ven. Steve to be held online on Zoom on Monday 19th April, 6PM to 7PM PT and then at the same hour on Monday 3 May, Monday 17 May and Monday 7 June 2021. Depending on the level of interest, the class will continue. Please note, in the eventuality that Rinpoche’s class dates happen to shift due to unforeseen circumstances, Ven. Steve will endeavor to adapt the dates of the review class, in alignment with these shifts. LMB will aim to publish such date revisions online and also notify registered attendees by email.
