The bodhisattva vows will be conferred during the Chöd initiation.
This Chöd initaition cannot be taken as a blessing. Dagri Rinpoche said only those who “have an interest in the Dharma and faith in the practice of Tantra can come.”
That means you will have to take the bodhisattva vows either with the aspiration mind (with eight advice) or the engaging mind (with 18 root and 46 secondary vows).
Ven. Drimay will give an explanation of the aspirational mind of bodhicitta and the bodhisattva vows. Please attend this session if this is the first time you are taking an initiation or if you have never received an explanation on this.
