An FPMT Basic Program course [Mind 2] with Tubten Pende
The Buddha has stated again and again that the mind is the creator of all happiness and suffering. He advised us to control our minds by avoiding nonvirtue and practicing virtue. He identified those mental factors that are virtuous and those that are nonvirtuous so that we would have a chance to succeed. This knowledge has been preserved by a living tradition and is being made available to us through a presentation of minds and mental factors. Learn how to control your mind and achieve happiness.
