- Saturday morning practice begins with stabilizing meditation. The leader will give brief instructions about how to do that.
- Then we do a sweet, simplified sadhana (practice) of the Medicine Buddha, which includes recitation of traditional prayers, some visualization for purification, and the Medicine Buddha mantra
All are welcome. No background is required. Arrive early enough to get yourself settled before the practice begins. Registration not necessary.
Note: The default location for this event is the Main Gompa, but sometimes we get moved to one of the other rooms – the Pine Room or the Gompa Chung Chung – because of other events. Look for signs.
