- Saturday morning practice begins with stabilizing meditation. The leader will give brief instructions about how to do that.
- Then we do a sweet, simplified sadhana (practice) of the Medicine Buddha, which includes recitation of traditional prayers, some visualization for purification, and the Medicine Buddha mantra
All are welcome. No background is required. Arrive early enough to get yourself settled before the practice begins. Registration not necessary.
Getting in: The main gate opens at 9am (and closes again at 10am). Drive on through during that window of opportunity. Park in the main lot; if that’s full, look for a parking space in the Tara School lot.
