Does your meditation practice seem stuck? Are you having trouble understanding the Buddha’s teachings? Just having a run of bad luck? You might be having karmic obstacles, or maybe you’re just running out of good karma. Come find out how to create the conditions for your spiritual practice to flourish.
We are honored to welcome Geshe Gelek, the resident teacher of our North Carolina center, to teach at Land of Medicine Buddha this summer. In this 3-part series, Geshe Gelek Chodha will talk about how to purify the mind and accumulate the potential we need to make progress on our spiritual journey. This teaching is based on the traditional practice of the Seven Limbs:
- Prostrations
- Offerings
- Confession of Non-virtue
- Rejoicing in Virtue
- Requesting Teachings
- Requesting Teachers to Live Long
- Dedication of Merit
