Guided Meditation

Sundays from 9:30am to 10:30am

Join us at 9:30am for a community meditation on Facebook Live.

Find a space at home where you won’t be disturbed. You may prefer a comfy chair or perhaps a meditation cushion. The meditation leader will give a brief explanation of how to adjust your mental and physical posture.

We start with concentration meditation, focusing our awareness on the breath.

After a quick break approximately midway through to stretch our legs and make any needed adjustments, we sit back down for another 15-20 minutes of contemplation on various Dharma topics – lessons taught by the Buddha and the centuries of later Buddhist masters.
