Start the new year with this accessible, introductory meditation course taught by Jon Landaw.
Message from the Instructor
The qualities of mind and heart that we all admire–the ability to concentrate unwaveringly and to radiate true love and compassion for others–are qualities we can learn to develop and steadily improve. In this four-week course we shall have the opportunity to practice simple meditative techniques that can have a profound effect on the quality of both our own lives and on our interactions with others.
This course is open to everyone, whether or not you already have a meditation practice, and does not require allegiance to any spiritual tradition, Buddhist or otherwise. Everyone is welcome.
