Join us at 6:30pm for a community meditation in the Main Gompa.
Come on in and choose your cushion or chair. The meditation leader will give a brief explanation of how to adjust your mental and physical posture.
We start with concentration meditation, focusing our awareness on the breath.
After a quick break to stretch our legs and make any needed adjustments, we sit back down for another 15-20 min
utes of contemplation.
These meditation sessions are open to people of all levels- including those just learning about meditation. No registration needed- just drop-in!
