Learn some practices you can do to generate realizations of the stages of the path (lamrim), including the preparatory puja (jorchö), stabilizing meditation, analytical meditation, requesting blessings, and practicing Dharma in daily life.
This is module #8 – technically called “Establishing a Daily Practice” – of the Discovering Buddhism program. It’s fine to jump in at the beginning of any of these courses.
Topics covered in this course include:
- Meditating on The Buddha
- Developing meditative concentration
- Preparatory practices that help with realizations
- Requesting blessings and connecting with the lineage masters
- Meditating on the lam-rim, stages of the path
- Continuing your Dharma practice throughout the day
