Also, receive some tips for making every action of the day meaningful.
Message from the instructor:
The purpose of this course is to learn how to get realizations on the stages of the path to enlightenment. You might be surprised that it’s not just about meditation. We need to do some other things to make our meditation work. Whether you decide to do these practices on a daily basis is up to you, but by attending this course at least you will know what they are.
Topics covered in this course include:
- Getting Started – setting up your meditation space
- Obstacles & Antidotes – to meditation
- Single-pointed Concentration – stabilizing the mind
- Recipe for a Session – learning how to use Lama Zopa Rinpoche’s Daily Meditation text
- The Meaning Lamrim Meditation – getting realizations on the stages of the path
