DB12: Wisdom of Emptiness

changed to March 6 - April 3, 2018

If you do not have insight into the way you yourself and all things actually are, you cannot recognize and get rid of the obstacles to liberation from cyclic existence and, even more important, the obstructions to helping others. Without insight you cannot address any problem at its root or remove the seeds that might produce it in the future.

His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatso,
in How to See Yourself as You Really Are.

We have copies of the text book, How to See Yourself as You Really Are, for you to buy either online or at the door. Pre-purchase below with registration.(Special price for Discovering Buddhism students.) Pick up your copy at the first class.

Each module of Discovering Buddhism includes an experiential element in the form of a Saturday practice day or a weekend retreat. Practice is on April 14.
