Saturday, March 8

This is the practice day for Discovering Buddhism module 1: Mind and Its Potential.

[We had to move this event to March 8, because of schedule conflicts with earlier dates.]

The day will consist of guided meditations, discussions, and group presentations (a requirement for completing the course).

This day-long retreat is particularly for people who have been attending the course, DB1, Jan-Feb, at LMB, but is open to those who have done the course previously somewhere else, e.g., at one of our other centers or at home.

Lunch will be served in the dining room.

See our Discovering Buddhism page here.
