4 consecutive Thursdays, Jan 9,16, 23, 30.
In January 2020 Jon Landaw will be resuming Thursday morning teachings

Held in the main gompa at LMB—January 9, 16, 23 and 30—at 10:30-12:15.

The topic to be discussed will be “The Practice of the Seven Limbs”

often listed under the following headings:

Homage, Offering, Declaration, Rejoicing, Requesting, Beseeching and Dedication.

These seven contain all the essential elements for:

cleansing oneself of hindrances preventing spiritual realizations from arising in one’s mind, and

collecting the store of meritorious energy needed to bring these realizations to fruition.

As such, these seven form an integral part of all Buddhist transformational practices,

from the most basic to the most advanced. These seven are therefore of inestimable value to those who wish to fulfill their highest potential.

The material to be presented in these four sessions will be drawn, in part, from

Module 8 of the Discovering Buddhism Series: “Establishing A Daily Practice,”

and every effort will be made to show how these practices can be integrated into one’s everyday life.

These sessions are open to all, and everyone is welcome.
