We are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to join Team LMB as soon as possible. This is a full time (40 hour per week), permanent position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Management of the Housekeeping department including organizing the room cleaning schedule, ordering supplies, supervising the housekeeping staff, and training staff and volunteers

-Support the Kitchen department by work collaboratively with the Head Chef on ordering, organization, budgeting, recipe costing, and providing logistical support

-Provide logistical support to the Spiritual Program and Facility Rental departments

-Supervise the Grounds & Maintenance department staff including prioritizing the weekly work calendars, developing workflows, hiring outside support service

-Supervise service-study participants

Required qualities of the ideal candidate:

-a strong work ethic
-must be highly organized
-demonstrated leadership ability
-clear communication both verbally and in writing
-ingenuity when problem-solving

Additional requirements:

-Several years Management experience in a housekeeping or kitchen environment
-Computer savvy (experience with Asana, Google Docs, and MS Office appreciated)
-Legally able to work in the US

Flexibility in scheduling is a must in this position including evenings and weekends.
