About the Teacher:

Ami CaytonAmrita (Ami) loves working with children of all ages. She has teaching experience with toddlers through young adults: in the classroom, on the mountain, and in the yoga studio. She taught Creating Compassionate Cultures at Tara Redwood School for the past 10 years. She is passionate about bringing social/emotional development to young people and has developed an art and mindfulness program called Wisdom Way to do so. Ami has also been on staff at Vajrapani Institute’s Family Camp since 2013. She loves the opportunity to bring Buddhist philosophy into families’ lives; witnessing the joy it brings to others fills her with happiness.
