If you do not have insight into the way you yourself and all things actually are, you cannot recognize and get rid of the obstacles to liberation from cyclic existence and, even more important, the obstructions to helping others. Without insight you cannot address any problem at its root or remove the seeds that might produce it in the future.
His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatso,
in How to See Yourself as You Really Are.
Each module of Discovering Buddhism includes an experiential element in the form of a Saturday practice day or a weekend retreat. Practice is on April 14.

The Dharma center depends on your contributions to make classes like this possible. However, we don’t want anyone to feel that there is an obstacle if they are unable to donate. All are welcome.
